We are happy to cater for your event after 4:00 Monday to Friday and as well as weekends with additional charges for labor. Any catering event held after hours are subject to additional charges of labor.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Additional staffing required for set-up and service will be charged per hour per server (minimum of 4 hours).
Monday to Friday: 8am - 7pm, during academic year. Other times may vary. Our food service office is located at BIT 1081.
Catering orders placed with less than 3 business days notice will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
In order to provide you with the best service, we ask that you submit your orders no later than 10 business days in advance. All orders must be received and confirmed by 9am.
Guaranteed numbers, finalized menus and details are required 10 business days prior to the event for all hot food, receptions, large events, customer orders and linen. For last minute or urgent orders, contact us to see how we can help.
Cancellations must be provided in written format via email to (Catertrax Website). Voice messages will not be accepted. All cancellations are subject to an additional fee at the discretion of the Catering Department. Cancellations must be received at minimum 3 business days (or as indicated) prior to event in order to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of all anticipated charges. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of all anticipated charges.
All on-campus departments have extended billing privileges. All External Customers and direct-bill orders are required to pay for Catering Orders up front with a Credit Card. No other terms will be granted.
Please advise of any food allergies or sensitivities and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability. We are not an allergy-free environment; thus, menu items may contain nuts, nut by products and other allergens. Food requiring temperature control, e.g. food that will spoil if left at room temperature for an extended period, will be retrieved by the caterer two hours after delivery. At this time, no food will be packaged up for takeaway after the event. All food and beverage items must remain in the area to which it was delivered.
All of deliveries of Food and Beverage will include standard plastic disposables. Any China service and linen that is requested, is subject to additional charge. Should specialized equipment be required, it will be subject to additional charge. Any catering equipment, utensils, tablecloths and China that is missing upon pickup will be charged to the client. Please speak with our Catering Manager for details.
Pricing is based on the times you have provided for your event. Should your event extend beyond the time of your confirmed event, additional charges for staffing may apply. All food items are prepared for the pre-arranged times. The quality and presentation of the food cannot be guaranteed if the event time changes with short notice. Your event may require additional labor starting at a cost of $35.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours) for each server. Event Supervisor, Culinary and Chef fee if required begin at $45.00 per hour (all minimum 4 hours).
