If your event needs extra hands for set-up or service, hourly staffing charges will apply (minimum 4 hours per server).

We understand that plans can come together quickly. If you place an order with fewer than 3 business days’ notice, we’ll do our very best to accommodate it.
To provide the smoothest service, please submit your order at least 10 business days before your event.
Final guest counts, menus, and event details are due 10 business days beforehand (for hot food, receptions, large events, custom orders, and linen).
If you’re working on a tight timeline, please reach out—we’ll explore what we can do.
To ensure accuracy, all cancellations must be submitted in writing via email through the Catertrax website. (Voicemail cancellations aren’t accepted.)
Less than 3 business days’ notice: A fee of 50% of anticipated charges may apply.
Within 24 hours of the event: A fee of up to 100% may apply.
Our team will review each situation with care and apply fees at the Catering Department’s discretion.
On-campus departments enjoy extended billing privileges when using their FAST budget number—you will receive a 20% discount.
External clients and direct-bill orders require prepayment by credit card.
Currently, no other payment terms are available.
Your guests’ safety matters to us. Please let us know about allergies or sensitivities, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
However, we are not an allergen-free facility, so some items may contain nuts or other allergens.
To maintain safe food quality, temperature-sensitive items will be picked up two hours after delivery.
PLEASE NOTE***
For food safety reasons, we are unable to package leftovers, and all food and beverages must remain in the designated delivery area.
All deliveries include biodegradable serviceware.
If you prefer china, linen, or special equipment, we’re happy to arrange it for an additional charge.
Any missing catering items (such as tablecloths, china, or utensils) will be billed to the client.

Servers: from $35.00/hour
Event Supervisors & Chefs: from $45.00/hour
We prepare your food for the scheduled service time, so timely communication helps us maintain the best quality and presentation.
